Process

Walk. Scope. Plan. Execute. Clean.

A predictable process is what makes demolition safe and boring — and that's exactly what you want it to be.

  1. 01

    On-site walk

We meet you on the property, walk the scope, and ask the questions that keep surprises off the invoice: structural condition, utilities, adjacent structures, access, hazardous materials.

  2. 02

    Written scope & quote

You get a written scope and a fair, itemized quote. No verbal handshake pricing — you'll know what's included, what isn't, and how we'll handle change orders.

  3. 03

    Permits & prep

We handle the permit posture with your local building department, coordinate utility disconnects, and schedule dumpsters and equipment for the day.

  4. 04

    Site protection

Before the first swing: dust containment, floor and stair protection, exterior fencing, HEPA scrubbers where needed. PPE check with every crew member.

  5. 05

    Controlled execution

Top-down, inside-out, sequenced. Machine work where it belongs, hand work where it matters. Daily photos and a clean site at the end of every shift.

  6. 06

    Sort, haul, recycle

Metal, wood, concrete, drywall — separated at the source. C&D waste routed compliantly. You get the paper trail if you need it.

  7. 07

    Broom-clean handoff

Containment down, site swept, punch-list walked with you or your GC. Ready for the next trade to start the next morning.
